At 14th Addiction, we stand by the craftsmanship of our avant-garde pieces; if your selection does not meet your expectations, you may return it within 14 days of delivery. All items must be in their original, unworn condition with all designer tags and hardware intact.

Return Process

  Log into your account portal or contact our concierge team with your order number to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the items in their original luxury packaging to prevent damage to leather and delicate hardware during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your parcel and drop it off at any authorized courier location, ensuring you retain the tracking receipt.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our artisans verify the condition of the return, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
